What learning content can I deliver with Eluneo?
Eluneo supports SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI and cmi5 packages. Create your content in your authoring tool, import the exported package, and deliver your courses through a branded learner portal.
How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace starts with a 30-day Expert trial, with no payment card required. After the trial, you can subscribe to a paid plan or continue automatically on Free within its limits.
How many learners can I invite?
Free includes 100 active learners. Pro and Expert allow unlimited learners. Storage and recorded-session capacity depend on your plan.
How does the recorded-session limit work?
Free includes 1,000 sessions, Pro 10,000 and Expert 100,000. Total retained sessions across your workspace. At capacity, learning continues without recording new sessions or their interactions. Delete records to free space. This is a total capacity, with no monthly reset.
How much storage is included?
Free includes 1 GB, Pro 50 GB and Expert 500 GB. Storage is shared across your workspace’s portals and includes retained packages, documents and imports in progress.
Can I manage multiple portals?
Free and Pro include 1 portal. Expert includes 3. Pro and Expert let you purchase additional portals, each with its own branding. Your plan’s quotas remain shared across the workspace.
Can I change plans or cancel my subscription?
The workspace owner can manage the subscription from billing in the app. For paid plan changes, Stripe shows the new terms and any proration before confirmation. If you cancel, paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
